# Multi-user access
Multi-user login allows you to grant access to other users for your EmailJS account, helping you manage account effectively and securely. You can grant different levels of permissions to multiple users, who will be able to then access your EmailJS account while logged into their own personal dashboard.
# How it works
When you create your account, you will receive the full set of permissions for your account by default. As a result, you can grant different permissions to other EmailJS users.
To grant access to other users for your EmailJS account, go to Team Members.
You have to be logged in with an Account Access permission in order to grant other users access to your account.
# Access permissions
We offer four different access permissions for users, depending on what you want other users to be able to do on your ad account.
Account Access: User has full access to the EmailJS account, including the ability to add and remove users, as well as change their permissions. This access automatically adds the entire set of other access permissions for the user.
Service Access: User can add, edit, and delete email services. And also view their credentials and set up default service. Other features will be in the Read-Only access.
Template Access: User can add, edit, clone, and delete email templates. Other features will be in the Read-Only access.
Read-Only Access: User cannot edit or delete any information for the account, except for Personal Settings. Team management and services credentials won't be available for viewing. The user can view account settings such as API keys, download invoices, etc.
